I have a passion for cooking and baking. I have been doing both for many years now. I love making up new recipes and getting my family to taste test them for me. I have many other interests including knitting, writing, gardening, crocheting, and pretty much anything to do with the outdoors and horses!

I love cooking. Ok, that might be guessed from the fact that I am part of a cooking blog! I don't know how many years I have been cooking, but it has been a while. Other things that I enjoy are, reading, writing (sometimes), the outdoors, horses, everything Tolkien, everything Irish and much, much more. Something I have never done but have always wanted to do, is see the ocean.

Write That Down
I have a seriously bad habit of concocting things or tweaking recipes and not writing it down. Whenever I would make something, Mom always asked, "Did you write this down?" The answer was usually "No." So when we were thinking of a name for this blog, "Write That Down" sounded perfect.
