This is a great summertime treat. Lightly sweetened, but still yummy
Ingredients. - 2c Frozen Strawberry's.
- 2c Frozen Mango.
- 1c Greek un-sweetened yogurt.
- 1/4 c heavy cream.
- Stevia or honey, to taste. I used about 1 1/2 t of stevia.
In a food processor blend all ingredient until smooth. Pour into bowl and place in freezer. Freeze for 3 hours before serving. Scoop into serving bowls and garnish with fresh mint. Enjoy!
