I made these for my mother, who has never liked white chocolate. After making these she loves white chocolate!!! I hope you enjoy them as much as she does!
- 1 pkg. white chocolate chips.
- 1 pkg. 60% cacao chips.
- 1 pkg. chopped and toasted, hazelnuts.
- 1/2 c chopped, dried cherries.
Drop by rounded tablespoon on to wax paper. Let chill in refrigerator, until firm.
Melt white chocolate in double boiler. Dip clusters half way into the white chocolate and place them back onto wax paper. Chill for 10 minutes. Serve.
